This only happens once in 200 million. Becki-Jo Allen lives in Liverpool, England with a beautiful daughter, Iɴᴅɪᴀna. Allen became Pʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴛ after a few years, and when the doctors informed her that she was Pʀᴇɢɴᴀɴᴛ with triplets, the new moms were sʜᴏᴄᴋed and delighted!
Allen is blessed with three lovely children and she names them ROᴍᴀɴ, Rocco and Rohan. The babies were born Pʀᴇᴍᴀᴛᴜʀᴇly and spent six weeks in the intensive care unit! Allen was told that the three children looked exactly alike. So she finally decided to send in their DNA samples for testing!
It is revealed that her triplets look exactly the same normally as one in 200 million. The babies were born Pʀᴇᴍᴀᴛᴜʀᴇly and very small. Rocco is the youngest of the three, weighing only 1.49 kg.
Allen, at first she herself found it difficult to determine which was which. These triplets have a dark birthmark in the middle of their eyebrows, but ROᴍᴀɴ is a bit darker than the others. Allen shared that Rohan also has a birthmark on his leg.
It is difficult for everyone to distinguish the children. Allen is informed at the hospital that triplets are not ɪᴅᴇɴᴛɪᴄᴀʟ. She also believes what she has been told throughout her pregnancy. But everything is not the same.
The only way to know if triplets or twins are ɪᴅᴇɴᴛɪᴄᴀʟ is with a DNA test – medically called zygote identification. The triplets turned out to be genetically ɪᴅᴇɴᴛɪᴄᴀʟ after swabs on their cheeks were tested in the lab.
This made the triplets the youngest of naturally ᴄᴏɴᴄᴇɪᴠᴇd ɪᴅᴇɴᴛɪᴄᴀʟ triplets in the UK.
